Sunny Day Real Estate just exploded on the Seattle scene in 1994, and their live shows were often amazing. They disbanded before their second album was released.

Jeremy has since put out an excellent solo record (Return of The Frog Queen) and toured with his mini-orchestra, and Nate is in Foo Fighters. But Sunny Day Real Estate has reunited and re-formed.
